As a first-time home buyer, you hear all these horror stories float around. Bob was diligent to make sure that we experienced any of this. Bob went out of his way to make this process as smooth as possible for us. He is excellent of laying everything out very clearly and being very personable and hospitable to all situations. We are now happy first-time home owners, thanks Bob!
