Bob bent over backwards to get us a great mortgage. We had a complex self-employed situation, but he worked hard to find us not only a rate better than posted, but also flexible pre-payment options that we really wanted. He was also friendly, took time to educate us, and gave straightforward directions on what kind of paperwork we'd need. We couldn't be happier and we'll certainly return when our term is up!
