Our experience working with Bob was wonderful! Bob was recommended to us by a friend and we're extremely happy we decided to give him a call to start our mortgage journey. Being first time home buyers and not having any idea where to start, Bob made the mortgage process painless and he was always there either by email or phone to answer one of the hundreds of questions we might have had. He was always checking on the interest rate for us and ensuring we always had the lowest rate possible. Even two days before closing Bob managed to get us a fantastic lower rate!

This wonderful program allowed us to do some work to our basement that we would not have been able to do if it wasn't for that program.
