Bob was absolutely fantastic. I was a first-time home buyer, with no knowledge of mortgages at all. Bob was able to help me come to a decision of what type of mortgage I needed without pushing me in any direction. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand all the terms. I felt comfortable asking questions both when I was in his office as well as by email/phone. Bob continues to help me 4 months after we stated and is always available!
