Bob Beach has been helping clients with mortgages and financing for more than 25 years and is known for being approachable, knowledgeable, and focused on helping people make confident financial decisions without unnecessary stress.

In 2010, he made the decision to leave the corporate banking world to establish The Burlington Mortgage Centre, built on a simple principle: provide honest, independent advice and mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Since then, he has worked with a wide range of clients, including first-time buyers, families, investors, self-employed individuals, and those with more complex financial situations such as credit challenges or non-traditional income.

Before founding his brokerage, Bob held several senior leadership positions with Royal Trust and TD Canada Trust. At TD, he served as Regional Manager, Mortgage Sales Force, where he led a team of nine managers and more than 250 mortgage professionals. He later advanced to the role of National Director, Realtor Relationships, where he was responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with some of Canada's largest real estate brokerages, including RE/MAX and Royal LePage. These leadership roles provided Bob with extensive experience in mortgage lending, sales management, and building strong industry relationships across the country.  

What clients value most about Bob is his straightforward, practical approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s situation, explains options clearly, and ensures they feel informed and supported from start to finish. His focus has always been on building long-term relationships based on trust, consistency, and reliability.

Now with Mountainview Mortgage, Bob continues to focus on client-first service, combining personalized mortgage solutions with deep industry experience and strong lender relationships.
